Full Scope Polygraph

Provides cost/price analysis support with comprehensive knowledge of the full scope of laws, regulations, and policies that affect both the development of IGCEs and the cost/price analysis of proposal submitted for all pre-award contracting activities up to and including contract award.
Perform cost/price analysis on the various elements of major contractor proposals, reviewing in detail the significant direct and indirect cost elements.
Assists in the development of and/or make recommendations for the cost/price objectives to be used in negotiations.
Provide a forecast of price trends economic factors and efficiencies in production for future accounting periods using analytical techniques such as random sampling, cost models, and parametric cost models.
Request, coordinate and integrate into a comprehensive pricing report the various technical evaluations of cost elements.
Job Requirements
Require 15 years of experience performing relevant actions specific to labor category with relevant experience within the last 2 years. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature with minimal oversight.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior-Level, to include:

- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for program management and acquisition-based requirements and it's enabling services.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in resolving multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies to solve issues.
