ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Centralized Services Deputy Manager to join our team in the San Antonio, TX area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to coordinate with staff and to resolve issues to ensure program goals and requirements are met
- Anticipates internal and or external operational challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements
- Leads teams in detangling complex program issues and implements effective improvements.
- Coordinates with program leadership to address internal and external customer issues and concerns.
- Acts as a liaison between corporate and program personnel on physical and information security requirements
- Travel may be required to meet program objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in management
- Experience using and/or developing ServiceNow
- Ability to convey concepts in both verbal and written formats
- Possesses an understanding of Information Assurance, Service Level Agreements, and Network Availability.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of success with diverse teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
