GEOINT Analyst

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based GEOINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration. The analyst will participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of GEOINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems; and will provide GEOINT expertise on the operations of GEOINT systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures. The chosen candidate will also recommend and evaluate GEOINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staff, as well as participate in GEOINT portions of training.

Required Skills

• Military imagery analysis training or equivalent civilian remote sensing certification(s)
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline; OR Associate's degree in an engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline + 4 years of work experience; OR 6 years of work experience
• 7+ years of experience as a GEOINT Analyst in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DOD, OR a minimum of 7 years of experience providing subject matter expertise to DoD GEOINT programs / projects

Desired Qualifications

• Experience on the operation of National and Tactical GEOINT systems and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures recommended
• Certified GIS Professional (GISP) certification, National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) GEOINT Professional certification, Army GEOINT / Imagery Analyst Leadership Course, or Army Foundry GEOINT training or comparable certification preferred
