What You’ll Get to Do:
You are responsible for providing world-class Cl Surveillance Course {CSC) instruction.
Plan, conduct, and-debrief instruction of discreet CI surveillance operations in support of Cl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act, and the DoD 5240./6) so that graduates can proficiently conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a Cl investigation or operation.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR. Travel within CONUS is required up to seven (7) times per year for two weeks each time.
You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.
Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly.
Three (3) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising DoD Cl surveillance.
Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Experience as a JCITA Cl Surveillance Course Instructor or be a graduate of the JCITA Cl Surveillance Course.
Able to sit and stand for up to two (2) hours at one time, and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.
