Job Title: IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) Subject Matter Expert
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $300,000 - $375,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) Subject Matter Expert to join our team. Formerly known as IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) and IBM Jazz, EWM is a comprehensive tool that enables teams to manage projects, tasks, and plans, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined release cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the installation, configuration, and customization of IBM EWM to align with organizational processes and requirements.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes, providing recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for team members, ensuring effective utilization of EWM features. Provide ongoing support to address any issues or challenges.
• Integration Management: Oversee the integration of EWM with other tools and systems within the organization, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM EWM, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EWM components such as source control management, build automation, and reporting. Familiarity with integration processes and tools.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of related IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management tools
