The Lockheed Martin Corporate Technology Office (CTO) looking for a highly energetic and innovative thinker to join our team as a Commercial Technology Collaboration Lead.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you'll be working with our Technology Collaboration team to develop and execute commercial partnership programs that drive technological advancement and business growth. • Developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure best practices and lessons learned are captured and shared across the organization
• Providing strategic updates to executive teams and driving business decisions with data-driven insights
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the commercial tech space and applying that knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Who You Are:

This role does not require a clearance to start, but requires eligibility to obtain a clearance. Additionally, this is a hybrid role that will require occasional on-site work; proximity to a major Lockheed Martin Hub is required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in cutting-edge commercial technology
• Experience with successful customer-facing and third party partnerships and full-spectrum technology solutioning
• Proven business acumen in understanding commercial business practices
• Strong collaborative leadership skills and ability to influence across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and multiple lines of business
• Ability to develop compelling, technology-related business cases
• Strong and broad technical background, including two or more domains: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Advanced Comms/5G, Advanced Design and Manufacturing, Autonomy and Crewed-Uncrewed Teaming, Cyber, Directed Energy, Edge and Distributed Computing, Engineered Biology, Hypersonics/Advanced Weapons, Joint All-Domain Operations, Power and Propulsion, Quantum Information Science, Resilient and Responsive Space, and/or Spectrum Dominance/Electronic Warfare
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience converting strategy into prioritized R&D efforts, products and capabilities
• Advanced degree in a technical field
• Experience with internally funded research and development (IRAD) investments
• Understanding of intellectual property considerations, approaches, and appropriate management of same
• Experience with application of systems engineering and voice of customer techniques
• Familiarity with Stage Gate/R&D management processes and tools as well as CRM software (SalesForce or similar)
• Working knowledge of Joint All Domain Operations (JADO) mission objectives and DoD implementation
• Experience with program management tools and approaches, including planning and executing technical efforts, schedules, metrics, and budgets
• Experience with projects that include development, implementation, integration, and testing
• Active Secret Clearance or higher with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $236,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
