Your impact
A professional IT Systems Administrator that will successfully support and maintain a stable IT infrastructure for multiple SCIF and commercial environments. Providing support on telecommunications circuits, networking equipment, servers, AD enterprise, applications, and desktop support. Ensuring secure and stable operation of systems, seamless flow of information and proper functioning of endpoints throughout the organization’s operations. Working as part of a team triaging of IT related issues, maintaining compliance, and deploying new systems.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the daily operations, assisting with the triaging of all IT related issues as it pertains to commercial and secure area support.
Assist in the processing of all assigned tickets and queue’s wherein you are responsible for monitoring and oversight.
Resolve, contribute, and provide prescriptive solutions to IT needs supporting.
Actively participate in the implementation of hardware and software; build, upgrade, patch and migrating of network utilities, servers, systems and applications.
Monitor and schedule maintenance and backups of server infrastructure, virtual and bare metal within the SCIF.
Contributing, participating, and planning in customer surge support efforts
Maintain and accurate hardware asset inventory, ensure system development lifecycle requirements are observed and reported in alignment with customer and security operational requirements.
Here's what you'll need
5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum Education: BS degree in a computer, engineering or system science discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of progressive, relevant experience, or seven (7) years relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows/Server, including administration, hardening, and maintenance
Experience with virtualization
Security Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance
Preferred:
• Industry certifications that support IT Management like: MCSE, CISSP, CompTIA A+, Network +, Security +
• Experience with Linux including administration, hardening, and maintenance

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
