Position Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation, and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements, and report any breaches with delay.
• Manage and maintain effective record keeping
• Perform data entry in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and precision
• Follows legal standards when disseminating information and when following internal processes.
• Prioritizes tasks and issues to ensure they are addressed according to organizational standards.
• Performs thorough licensure/certification/education verifications.
• Exemplifies NM Service Excellence standards to internal and external customers at all levels of inquiries, from phone calls, e-mail requests and walk-ins.
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to process documentation, auditing data and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required
• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional detail orientation and analytical skills
• Strong technical acumen, and demonstrated abilities navigating multiple systems.
• Utmost integrity in handing confidential and sensitive information.
• Highly organized and customer focused.
• Works effectively independently with limited supervision.
Preferred
• PeopleSoft experience
• Familiarity with clinical licensure and certifications
