ATS is seeking a qualified Site Lead to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) Contract with Simulation/Stimulation training support. Support to the MTC shall include integrated individual and collective Mission Command (MC) staff training and exercise via live, virtual and constructive modeling and simulations (e.g., Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)) for home station, mission planning and rehearsal, and pre-deployment training ranging from platoon up to Combined Joint Task Forces (CJTF) levels with its Areas of Operations, to include Constructive and Gaming support to Title 10 Army training, Joint Training Plan (JTP), Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) engagement plan, Mission Rehearsals, Joint Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM), and other multinational training are critical support elements for the MTC.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • The site lead shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this task order.
  • The site lead shall be on-site during standard operating hours.
  • Perform Task Order management.
  • Effectively and rapidly respond to task order requirements.
  • Shall be the principal point of contact with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contract Officer Representative (COR) for all technical requirements in the Task Order.
  • Shall be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government site leads, and/or the KO/COR.

Required Qualifications:
  • Possess a BS or BA degree (subject immaterial but preferred in in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline) with three years of experience in the management of projects or programs of similar size, scope and complexity.
  • Have a background and experience with Military training and training support.
  • Have had experience in operations and training requirements at a Brigade or EAB higher level.
  • Possess a full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS).
  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience; and have completed Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent; preferably as a battalion or brigade Commander and/or S3 Operations Officer.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of live, virtual, constructive and serious gaming simulations and their integration with each other, simulators and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).

Clearance: Requires a Secret Security clearance
