Here, you'll grow your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports national defense and security priorities, as well as the te chn ological advancement of analytical capabilities. Your spe cia lty within our team will be spearheading the institutionalization of a compelling application video training program for our client's analytical and bring your own data ( BYOD ) applications serving our stakeholder communities.

As an Application Training Communications Spe cia list on our team, you'll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will build and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to create new and maintain existing client mission partnerships, coordinate internal best practices for communications, and foster a community of information sharing and transparency.

As a collaborator on all aspects of verbal and written communications, you'll create training videos, instructional documentation, website content, briefs, talking points, executive summaries, and marketing materials. Your creative thi nk ing and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools like Camtasia, PowerPoint, Strapi, and Jira.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• 2+ years of experience in application training
• 2+ years of experience developing, editing, and formatting final written communications documentation and deliverables
• 1+ years of experience in training video development with video sof tware
• Experience with the complete Micro sof t Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience with the DoD community
• Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience working directly with senior leaders
• 1+ years of experience with Camtasia
• 1+ years of experience with te chn ical writing
• 1+ years of experience supporting an Agile website development team
• 1+ years of experience with a website content management system such as WordPress or Strapi
• 1+ years of experience with Jira
• Possession of excellent analysis and data gathering skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS / SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
