GEOINT Collection Manager, Mid
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government, every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a GEOINT Collection Manager, you use your specialized technical, regional, and functional, experience and your attention to detail to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, inform our client and our nation's leaders.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand complex and unusual intelligence problems. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources in support of the GEOINT Enterprise. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for end to end collection performance and GEOINT systems performance data. As the authority on your tradecraft your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations on a full range of issues and challenges, often under pressure.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Knowledge of the GEOINT Community, their focus areas, and their collection management structures, including NSG tools, and DoD and IC collaborative tools designed to assist in GEOINT collection, production and visualization
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
- Knowledge of a GEOINT database, such as NPAT, GIMS Research, WEB BVI, CRATE, JEMA, or FGDB
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
- Knowledge of multi-INT sources, imaging and non-imaging sensors, capabilities and limitations of source phenomenology
- Ability to discover and implement process improvements
- Ability to collaborate with analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches and solutions
- Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with throughput integration and dissemination related activities with COCOM or Service-level exercises
- Knowledge of DoD and IC databases and services
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (F)
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (C)
