Position Description:

CGI Federal has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of IT Experience with 1-3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. This role requires ServiceNow configuration and web development experience. You will be required to design and optimize ServiceNow applications as well as participate in business development activities related to ServiceNow by working in close interaction with the Leads, Business Analysts and other members of the solution team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting multiple user groups and customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our clients, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

This position can be located anywhere in the US, but the preferred locations are Lafayette, LA, or Knoxville, TN. If you are located within 50 miles of a CGI Federal office, a hybrid working model is acceptable.



Your future duties and responsibilities:

Participate in current state utilization assessment using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, and reports.
Assist in identifying underutilized of out-of-the-box features and redundant custom developments and propose recommendations for optimization.
Identify ServiceNow platform solution options and implement automated workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless API integration between ServiceNow and cloud-hosted applications using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
Scope and deliver proofs of concept with client, creating and delivering tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
Overall design of application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to technical requirements.
Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.
Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNows capabilities and constraints.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Dashboards
At least one full lifecycle ServiceNow Implementation
Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
Prior experience with ITSM tools
Experience working with Agile team
Must be able to obtain Public Trust designation

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Contribute to requirements (functional and non-functional)
Contribute to the development of coding- and security standards and processes

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,700.00 - $154,300.00.
