Systems Integrator - Senior

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Preting LLC (d.b.a. Cherokee Preting) is seeking a fully cleared Systems Integrator - Senior to support our Client in Northern Virginia. The Systems Integrator will have a Full Scope Poly at time of application and will be charged with supporting finance, personnel management and training.

Systems Integrator - Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean Agile developments team to include generating sprint plans.
  • Demonstrated experience running daily team scrum meetings.
  • Demonstrated experience using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with project teams to determine or project work scope and level of effort.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
  • Demonstrated experience working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.
  • Demonstrated experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into system requirements and being able to define MVI's, Features and user stories within the Lead Agile construct.

Systems Integrator - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Preferred to have ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Desired to have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph level clearance at time of application.
  • Must have experience with the Client and their systems
  • Must have experience with cable writing.
  • Must have experience providing Systems Integration responsible for program support activities including finance and personnel management, governance, and training.
  • Experience at developing program specific spending plans, which are constantly analyzed and refined using near real time proprietary financial databases.
  • Able to serve as a liaison to other groups within the organization, identify and document leading practices of regulatory compliance making sure critical programmatic documents, workflow patterns, personnel information, and financial records are maintained for continuity purposes in accordance with existing SOPs.
  • Must have good communication (written and oral) skills to perform briefings and complete required reports
  • Have experience performing the following:
    • Training Agendas
    • Training Instruction
    • Leading Training Events
    • Travel Coordination and Reporting
    • Coordination with Students and Training Officials
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
