The C-12 King Air and/or UC-35 Cessna Citation Army Transport Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor (FAA A&P) Performs organizational level maintenance on assigned aircraft under contract to Amentum.

- on C-12 King Air 200/350/1900 and/or UC-35 Cessna Citation maintenance experience.
- US Citizenship is Required to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and base access to work at the facility.
- Monitors and maintains documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Plans and coordinates all aircraft inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.). Dispatch and monitoring of all assigned tasks and associated jobs to work centers.
- Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure Aircraft are available to meet the Flight Schedule.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports in support of aircraft long range maintenance requirements.
- Maintains Aircraft Logbooks Books (ACN) showing completed as well as outstanding maintenance actions.
- Ensures all required maintenance has been performed before flights and Brief and de-brief of pilots as required, assisting in the documentation of aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies.
- Comply with all current sections of the DA PAM 738-751 Series as applicable to aircraft maintenance.
- Responsible for mission configuration, working with various Army entities as required.
- Will instruct and assist in training of lower-level employees in proper work methods and performance of their job duties.
- Performs related duties as assigned including any and all duties of lower rated technical personnel within their classification.
- Keeps Maintenance Officer briefed on Aircraft status at all times.
- Keeps the COR briefed on all contract requirements.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is Required.
- Valid (FAA) A&P certificate is required.
- Requires an extensive background in the field of Army Transport Aircraft Maintenance, with a minimum of Five (5) years hands-0
- on C-12 King Air 200/350/1900 and/or UC-35 Cessna Citation maintenance experience, with Two (2) years of Army Aviation maintenance supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have experience supervising daily flight operations, and personnel, supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Must possess working knowledge of C-12/King Air or UC-35 Cessna Citation assigned aircraft maintenance.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to supervise a team; with Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Required to obtain a Govt. issued (CAC) Common Access Card.
- A valid Driver's license is required.
Security Clearance Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials and authorization. US Citizenship is required to hold a US Govt Secret Clearance, and facility credentials and authorization to work at this facility.
Additional and Physical Preferences:
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts as required under the Union CBA for management purposes and site availability.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience writing with clarity and technical accuracy.
- Working knowledge of OSHA is required and knowledge of company requirements is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of flight line operations, aircraft/vehicle movement, and safety/hazards.
- Maintains aircraft historical records, as well as various other aircraft files in support of aircraft maintenance, and verification of all Maintenance Action Documentation.
- Knowledgeable of DA PAM 738-751 and FAA Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Knowledgeable of and understand basic supply procedures.
