Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200

We are seeking an experienced Equipping Project/Task Manager to lead a team of contractors and support personnel in executing Army equipment fielding operations aligned with government directives. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to effectively interface with government leadership and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance and direction to a team for the successful fielding of integrated systems.
- Collaborate with government leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement fielding plans.
- Coordinate and synchronize fielding operations to align with government objectives and priorities.
- Establish work priorities, balance workloads, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Continuously update and refine fielding plans through ongoing coordination with stakeholders.
- Support program management functions and provide direct operational support as needed.
- Mentor and train team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and established procedures.
- Lead team assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Clearly communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- US Citizen, and an active Secret clearance
- Proven ability to lead a matrix Field Service team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System, US Army, and government contracting practices.
