What You'll Be Doing:
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Engineer and Deploy Monitoring Solutions: Design, configure, and implement monitoring tools that ensure optimal system and service performance, leveraging both cloud-based and on-prem technologies.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate monitoring tools using APIs, scripts, databases, plug-ins, and more. Bring your integration skills to life in a multi-domain, multi-OS, and multi-network environment.
- Support and Maintain Solutions: Provide ongoing support for a variety of solutions, including Dynatrace, Riverbed Aternity, and LibreNMS, ensuring smooth operations across all platforms.
- End-to-End System Support: Engage with systems throughout the entire IT lifecycle, from refining requirements and drafting design documentation to creating deployment plans and providing operations & maintenance support.
- Enhance Security and Compliance: Perform systems hardening following DoD standards, apply patches, and ensure all solutions remain up-to-date and secure.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 6 years of IT experience, including working with enterprise services such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File & Print Services, VMware, and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on systems integration experience, with deep knowledge of Linux environments.
- Strong expertise in both Linux and Windows administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, YAML, and more.
- A CompTIA Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II qualification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with system, network, or application monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace Managed or SaaS products, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with virtualization environments such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix XenApp, or Microsoft App-V is a plus.

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $135-155k. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
