USSOCOM TTL FSR:
Nightwing is seeking a full time employee to work as a Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with various tasks like equipment installation, system configuration and maintenance. You should also be able to troubleshoot systems, identify problems and write reports.
Office located in St. Pete, Florida and USSOCOM on MacDill AFB.
**Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Mentor and advice senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing TTL equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing TTL devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
- Provide sustainment training as needed on specialized technical equipment
- Coordination with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
- Assist users in maintaining and configuring TTL equipment for various training exercises and operations.
Required Skills:
- Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance / SCI
- Retired or former Special Operations member with 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience with technical information collection equipment to support SOF objectives:
- Firmware installations
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Basic electricity and electronics
- Communication network spectrums (Iridium, Globalstar, Cellular, etc..)
- Conducting verification and validation testing of equipment and operational manuals
- Experience with applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and viewing software programs such as: Google Earth and SOF tracking systems.
- Experience with computer software installations, operating systems, hardware configurations, networking architectures and network routing with IP fundamentals
- Experience with Android mobile devices in operational use, software installation, configuration and advance troubleshooting
- Must be able to carry a 35-pound load with no assistance
- CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
