Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Control Analyst (PCA) will Plan, Track, and monitor a portfolio of projects in support of ACI Program and Project Managers and the Vice President of Government Programs. The Program Control Analyst will analyze, forecast project financials to aid in the decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments. The PCA is responsible for project/program financials including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, forecasting and internal reporting. The position is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Program Management Officer .

Duties and Responsibilities:

A successful Project Control Analyst at ACI will:
- Support the development of annual operating plans and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Identify and quantify any potential Risks and Opportunities not in the forecast
- Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations
- Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management
- Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects.
- Responsible for providing financial support to Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of complex project financial data and other complex contract, project or business-related tasks
- Develops, documents, and maintains financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements
- Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
- Prepares complex financial/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations
- Conducts complex financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, project performance analysis, etc.).
- Liaison between operations, finance, and other company staff on financial issues. Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers and performs extensive investigations as required
- Track and present key project metrics (margin, EV, utilization)
- Participating in and supports meetings and program reviews (PMRs)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- BA/BS in Accounting , Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of project control of government contracts experience (CPFF, FFP, T&M)
- Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- Experience performing variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, cost baseline preparation and review, break-even, and other ad hoc analysis
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS excel, cost collection
- Experience with Unanet or equivalent Financial Management Systems
- Eligible to receive a Secret Clearance
