Senior Program Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a seasoned and energetic Senior Program Manager to lead a high-profile, impactful project for a major Federal client. In this role, you will manage and oversee large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of our federal clients. This role is hybrid (2 days per week in-office) located in Washington, D.C.

Requirements of the Senior Program Manager:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Communicate clearly and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and address risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications of the Senior Program Manager:

• 8+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven experience in managing 4+ large Salesforce implementations.
• Strong background in Agile project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Eligibility for Public Trust.
• Experience with Federal projects is a plus.

Compensation of the Senior Program Manager:

• Salary range: $135,000-$165,000 *based on experience*
