Sr. Program Manager

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join an innovative and collaborative company located in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Program Manager:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, achievements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are executed.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify any risks or issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications of the Sr. Program Manager:

• 8+ years' of relevant project or program management experience
• 4+ years' experience of Salesforce Implementations
• Strong Agile project management methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification is strongly preferred

Compensation of the Sr. Program Manager:

• Salary range: $120,000-$160,000
• Comprehensive benefits package: Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
