ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Ft Detrick, MD. This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two days telework weekly. Expanded telework options are available for exceptional candidates on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate both independently and in a team environment to ensure mission requirements are being met in a timely manner
- Communicate critical technical feedback effectively with various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to establish and groom Epic, Feature, Capability and User Stories describing outcome-based acceptance criteria using "given/when/then" construct
- Evaluate documents and tests implementation to ensure all criterion are met, to include UI standards, definition of done, and acceptance criteria
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems management or 7 years of experience in information technology systems development and support
- At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst on an agile team, Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with Defense Medical Logistics - Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities
- Experience or knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master and SAFe certifications
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen and be willing and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Public Trust to start
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
