ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Momentum Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA.
The Senior Momentum Developer provides strong development skills to resolve complex technical issues and to build new requested features for our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Senior Momentum Developer provides strong development skills to resolve complex technical issues and to build new requested features for our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and update custom software code for financial systems.
- Analyze problem reports and prepare accurate schedule estimates to develop solutions.
- Document software code sufficiently and accurately.
- Provide support to business analysts and testers in identifying anomalies.
- Reliably and accurately report progress within the software development support tools.
- Provide program documentation input for design and solution elements.
- Assist junior developers and manage development tasks as needed.
- Must communicate well with other team members and balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (6 Additional Years of Experience)
- 5 + years of C++ development experience
- 2 + years of webMethods development experience
- 4 + years' experience in Java programming
- 3 + years of experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience supporting Momentum Financial Management software
- Experience working in an Oracle RDBMS environment
- Exposure to large scale ERP development solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Momentum 8.x architecture (OpenShift Container Platform, JBoss, ActiveMQ)
- 2 + years of experience working with Javascript
- 1 year of experience working in a Linux development environment
- Familiar with BIRT Report Designer
- Fundamental understanding of federal financials
- Knowledge of the SAP Business Objects tool suite
- Experience with JIRA
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance Required to Start
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
