Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Austin, Texas
The HigherEchelon Salesforce Division is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Solution Architect to support our rapidly growing Salesforce practice. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and articulating solutions based on our customers' strategic business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including program managers, technical peers, and business partners, to ensure the delivery of maximum value to our clients. In this dynamic role, you will lead the implementation effort, taking responsibility for delivering architecture designs and solution strategies. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential, as well as a continual willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving capabilities must be excellent, and you should possess a resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic personality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience.
• Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a medium to large enterprise, especially Public Sector customers.
• Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture, and development using Salesforce).
• Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives.
• Applied knowledge of Salesforce Platform processes, including Sales, Services, and Marketing functions.
• Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
Required Skills:
• Experience in providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
• Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior management.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas:
• Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant).
• Background in architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.
Required Education and Experience:
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect
• Will have a minimum of five (5) years of general work experience.
• Experience in the IT field focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
• Will possess strong architecture and design experience, including at least three (3) years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Clearance
• US. Citizenship is required
