VMware Consultant

Our client, with multiple work locations across the U.S., is currently in need of a Secret or higher cleared Sr VMware Consultant for an initial 12-month contract. The consultant will work onsite at one of multiple Army bases in support of VMware VCF deployments across the US. The team will consist of 6 team members, working alongside an Architect and Staff Consultant to deploy and optimize VCF at each site. The consultant will go onsite, analyze the environment and work with the team to come up with a plan for the customer to best utilize their new VCF environment. If consultants are not near an Army base that can support onsite work, travel expenses will be provided to get there on a weekly basis.
Required Skills:

*Active DoD Secret or higher clearance*
Ability to work onsite at U.S. Army bases.
Consultants may have a local base to work out of a travel budget ($2500 per week) to get them to one on a weekly basis
Experience deploying VMware VCF OR the product suite as separates and the ability to obtain VCF certification in the 3 months prior to starting the project

Top Skills Details
1. Will need minimum Secret clearance and IAT Level II certification
2.Experience being a part of OR ideally deploying VMware\'s VCF (Virtual Cloud Foundation) suite of products- Nsxt,, vsan, vSphere, v automation, aria, etc.
3. Cloud experience within a Vmware environment and ideally 4+ years of this experience minimum

ACTIVE Certs:
1. CompTIA Sec+ (minimum)
2. VMware VCP or equivalent VMware certification
3. Azure certification (preferred but not required)
