The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will support our Disruptive Computing, Networks, and Sensors (DC&N) portfolio within the Engineering Test and Technology HR organization in El Segundo, CA.

- Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

- Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plan as well as strong project management skills

- Experience navigating through complex situations and drive to efficient, effective and timely solutions
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel and creating executive level presentations
- Experience leading teams, influencing, taking complex business challenges and creating and executing streamlined solutions with a high level of initiative
- Experience and drive working in a dynamic and fast-paced matrixed environment
- Success with driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive results
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with leadership to create talent strategies to enable our mission
- Partner closely with El Segundo HR and site leaders to provide on-site HR support for a range of site-specific activities and initiatives
- Develop and deploy integrated HR services, processes and data analytics that drive business results for the DC&N portfolio including: talent acquisition (staffing strategies and action plans), engagement, development and retention initiatives, performance management and compensation and succession planning and pipeline development
- Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultation
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
- Partner closely with Boeing Defense Space and Security and Chief Technology Office Engineering leadership team and other key stakeholders to develop a deep, diverse talent pipeline of current and future leaders
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement
- Coach all team member levels, including management and executive leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- Active Full Scope Polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce/talent strategies that meet organization objectives and pipeline
- Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with senior business leaders
- Experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- Experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred applications experience in Workday
- HR experience in aerospace and/or defense industry
- Experience navigating a matrixed organization
