Piper Companies is seeking a senior NPI Engineer with strong experience with leading multiple teams simultaneously to ensure successful introduction of new products. The ideal NPI Engineer must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.
Requirements for the NPI Engineer include:
· Lead the NPI process for semiconductor systems, ensuring all project milestones are met and products are launched on time
· Work closely with mechanical, thermal, signal integrity and hardware engineering teams
· Ensure new products meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements before release
· Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and increase production
Qualifications for the NPI Engineer include:
· 10+ years of experience in NPI, product development or manufacturing engineering, specifically within the semiconductor industry
· Has experience working with mechanical, thermal, signal integrity, and hardware engineers
· Proficient understanding with CAD software's (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
· Proficient knowledge in engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD)
· Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
· Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Secret Clearance
Compensation for the NPI Engineer include:
· Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
· Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP plus PTO, Sick leave if required by law, and Paid Holidays
