Program Manager

Piper Companies is looking for a Program Manager to join a thriving consulting company supporting an extremely mission driven initiative. This is a hybrid (2x a times a week) and full-time position located in Washington DC where you can put your skills to use for a good cause!

Essential Duties of theProgram Manager:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Utilize Salesforce to manage and streamline program operations, ensuring efficient use of the platform to meet program needs
• Lead and manage large project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including federal agencies, to ensure program success

Qualifications of theProgram Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 5-10 years of experience supporting Salesforce initiatives
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience supporting federal programs is required
• Must posses or be able to obtain a Public Trust

Compensation for theProgram Manager:

• $140,000-$160,000 (based on experience)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
