At Lockheed Martin, we're advancing naval defense capabilities with the Aegis System Equipped Vessel (ASEV) Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) program. THE WORK
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the ASEV program office. In this role, you will oversee a variety of program management functions to drive efficient execution and future business capture. Your responsibilities will include:
• Proactively managing earned value baselines for multiple CLINs, coordinating inputs from the program office.
• Managing program operations, business support services, and travel-overseeing a total value exceeding $65M, with potential for additional scope.
• Tracking program cost, schedule, and performance to ensure timely completion of CDRLs and program deliverables, particularly for the CSEA CLIN.
• Preparing for and presenting at Program Management Reviews and Program Status Reviews, coordinating with customers and end users.
• Leading a cross-functional team to achieve program milestones, monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program risks, and implementing solutions.
• Serving as Deputy for the CSEA CLIN, collaborating with finance, planning, and sourcing teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Working with CAMs and program managers to maintain an efficient monthly business rhythm, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all CLINs.
• Driving proposal efforts for follow-on extensions and new scope ECPs.
• Supporting Japan Futures initiatives, including SPY-7 studies for Kongo Replacement and Japan Industrial Participation efforts.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
