Position : Staffing Coordinator
Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated staffing coordinator to plan and oversee the staffing process. The ideal candidate will identify the company's staffing needs, schedule work, support the hiring process, and prepare day-to-day reports. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the ability to meet the company's staffing requirements and to secure an amicable working environment .
Clearance Eligibility: Ability to pass a complete background check, including a credit check.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying the company's staffing needs and developing strategies to fulfill them.
- Screening candidates and supporting the recruitment and training processes.
- Ensuring the compliance of all staffing procedures with company policies and legal standards.
- Assisting with employee work schedules.
- Preparing timely staffing reports and updates for management.
- Ensuring correct employee compensation by collaborating with payroll coordinators/associates.

- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate to users who lack understanding of common technological language/terminology.

Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent work experience.
Background and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Efficient in handling and managing people and resources.
- Proficient in MS Office.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- General office environment. Work is generally sedentary but may require movement about the office for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
- Contractor site with 0-10% travel possible.
- Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages.
- Occasional movement of small articles up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Continually operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Occasionally required to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
- Continually required to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
