This candidate will have the opportunity to join a team of highly competent RF engineering professionals involved
in the design, development, and test of complex
RF / Microwave subassemblies at our campus in
Chelmsford, MA.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical
discipline from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with 15 years or more of professional
experience.
- RF architecture design experience.
- Experience in high frequency RF testing
techniques.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret clearance and must be able to obtain an interim secret clearance prior
to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical
discipline from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with 20 years or more of professional
experience.
- Experience in system simulation/analysis
(SystemVue or AWR VSS)
- Experience in full-wave simulation/analysis
(HFSS or CST)
- Experience in RF circuit simulation/analysis
(ADS or AWR Microwave Office)
- Experience in high frequency RF testing,
evaluation, and troubleshooting, including the
use of an RF probe station
- Willing and able to mentor multiple design
engineers
- Wideband RF system and circuit design
experience
- Commercial RF design experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
