WHO YOU ARE
This position will support the Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) market segment's US based Ballistic Missile Defense and Weapon System program's Global Sustainment activities as a Logistics Program Manager (LPM).
The Logistics Project Manager (LPM), will lead a cross-functional team consisting of supply chain, repair depot, training, technical documentation, DMSMS and logistics analyses and modeling professionals to deliver Global Sustainment products.
The candidate will:
1. Oversee and support the execution of logistics and Sustainment efforts on US based combat system programs.
2. Work closely with Program Managers and
Government logistics customers on the day-to-day
management, measurement, and reporting
of logistics contract scope
3. Devise and implement plans, budgets, and
schedules in response to program requirements,
and monitor work progress of logistics personnel.
4. Provide Control Account Manager (CAM) support to Global Sustainment efforts. This includes cost, schedule and technical oversight, and Earned Value Management reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
2. Experience in team building and conflict resolution
3. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
4. Familiarity with the Logistics and Sustainment of products throughout a products life cycle
Desired Skills:
1. USN Logistics/Sustainment Experience
2. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience or Control Account Manager Certification
3. Agile project management knowledge
4. Proposal cost estimating and technical volume authoring
5. Note, this position is located in Moorestown NJ and requires onsite attendance in support of Program and Customer interaction.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
