Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Systems Test Engineer Level 3for a Job Opportunity in Linthicum,Maryland

Job Description :

• Space Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Test Engineer to support on-site, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift test bench operations for the Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) of a production Space Payload program.
• Responsibilities include executing test scripts for the verification of Software, Hardware, and System requirements for applications in Space. Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) systems, especially RADAR, SIGINT, or COMMS; programming and scripting skills; and, working knowledge of RF test equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, etc.) is desired.

Required Skill Set :

• BS in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math); or HS diploma with at least 4 years of relevant military experience with sensor systems, ideally RADAR, integration and test or operation and maintenance, or military control room console operator; or defense industry work experience with sensor systems, ideally RADAR, integration and test or operation and maintenance
• Willingness to work dedicated 2nd for several months continuously (2nd shift is typically 1 PM - 10 PM)

Desired Skills Set :

• Experience with RADAR and/or ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) integration and test
• Experience with Space Payload or Space Vehicle (Satellite) integration and test in a clean room environment
• Programming in C or MATLAB for understanding and editing/improving existing code
• Scripting in Python or Tcl for understanding and editing/improving existing scripts
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket
• TS or SCI for future opportunities at Northrop Grumman Space Systems

Education Qualification :

• BS in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math); or HS diploma with at least 4 years
