Project Manager/Site Supervisor – Energy

Paragon is seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a facility in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
• Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
• US citizenship preferred
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five (5) years of security experience and 12+ months of supervisory experience
• Must have or be able to obtain a PA ACT235 Armed Guard Card
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working at a Client Energy facility is a plus
• Armorer experience a plus
