Description
SAIC is seeking a Tier II Microsoft Intune Engineer to support the U.S. Army 365 (A365). End Users to provide Enterprise Device Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) to centrally manage and secure devices, applications and data across various platforms like Windows, IOS and Android within the Army's Enterprise Network using Microsoft Intune.

Job Description:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments.
- Configure and deploy Intune policies for device management, application management, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Intune environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Intune features, updates, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with cloud services and platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with other endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE).
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance data.
Required Certifications:
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT II compliance certification (Security+ CE or greater), prior to hire.
- Must have Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate: MD-102 certification prior to hire.
Required Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance to begin employment; must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance to maintain employment.
