Responsibilities:
- Develops, plans, tests and documents Search Portfolio products.
- Oversee multiple AI projects from initiation through deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Apply business process improvement practices, acquisition process/planning, modernization and reengineering old methodologies and principles.
- Develop and manage milestones, goals, and deliverables for portfolio products.
- Coordinating and rationalizing contracts technical efforts to support AI/ML enabled indexing, search, and augmented retrieval of unstructured data sets.
- Identifying risks, communicating with stakeholders, implementing knowledge management solutions, and promoting best practices to enhance project efficiency and foster continuous improvement
- Captures, develops, and reports reference architectures and documenting compliance standards.
- Engage with potential customers within the DOD and identify and evaluate prospective projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years' experience, or a Masters Degree plus 5 years of experience.
- Masters Degree must be in Business Management (MBM), Business Administration (MBA), or a master's degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics).
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management and experience managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects utilizing Agile Methodologies.
- Experience managing big data, AI, ML and DevSecOps programs and projects.
- 5+ years' experience in DOD, military or government environments.
- Strong communication skills, able to present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Well versed in tracking and reporting aggregated personnel utilization and budget usage across portfolio.
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
- Active program or project management certification such as Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
