Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Service Managers and government leads in the daily efforts of gathering, compiling, and coordinating documentation across multiple organizations. You will review important documents such as requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plans to ensure Air Force initiatives are effectively fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Service Managers and government leads with the coordination and documentation efforts involving multiple organizations; plan integration between
services, and develop service level performance parameters throughout solutions' lifecycles; collaborate with acquisitions engineers and operators to ensure
solutions/products provide all the data and resources needed to successfully handoff day-to-day O&M to operators.
• Review requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plans to ensure Air Force objectives are met.
• Support the creation, collection, and monitoring of metrics to ensure capabilities are performing within established standards.
• Assist in developing documentation and presentations related to the Service process.
• Provide technical engineering expertise to assist the Program Manager in contributing to Air Staff directed initiatives.
• Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding their integration into the existing network.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and organizations.
• Technical expertise in network technologies and engineering principles (typically a background as a Sys Admin or Network Admin with Active Directory, DNS,
DHCP, and group policy experience.)
• Experience in documentation review and development.
• Familiarity with Air Force processes and standards is a plus.

Experience/Skills:
3-5+ years of relevant experience

Certifications:
IAT Level II

This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
