Summary:

The Project Manager oversees the organization, coordination, and execution of projects. This role ensures that projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while complying with all regulations and contractual obligations. The Project Manager leads teams, mitigates risks, and reports progress to senior management.

Schedule: Primarily 0800-1630, with flexibility for urgent project deadlines. Depending on project demands, occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage project execution from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with government contracts and research protocols.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee reporting and documentation.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Leadership, project coordination, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, problem-solving

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience (varies by level)
  • T3 investigation (NACLC/ANACI is acceptable if completed within 5 years prior to enrollment). A favorably adjudicated SECRET security clearance eligibility, with no access to classified, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in project management with experience in government contracting
  • PMP required; ITIL or Lean Six Sigma preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000.
