Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements are met for User Account Management, testing, system transitions and development of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Will train and mentor PSSD analysts ensuring they have the proper training to function at a high level.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams in complex, mission-critical environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of service desk operations, IT infrastructure, and software tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree OR 10 years of call center management experience.
- Prefer, ITIL, HDI, or other relevant certifications
- Experience with Privileged User Management Program (PUMP), Windows, Networks, BMC Remedy, BMC Smart Reporting, and Oracle.
- Minimum 7+ years experience with Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, Automatic Call Distribution Systems, or other application help desk support technologies
- Public Trust (Tier 2 Investigation)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of US Coast Guard operations, policies, or federal government processes is a plus.
