The Opportunity:

Are you interested in continuing your career in Europe in a mission focused
environment? CACI has established and upcoming positions throughout the
European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of
Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT
Specialists to support enablement of EUCOM mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

* The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for
developing, maintaining, upgrading, patching, and securing Microsoft Windows
desktop environments in multiple Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
environments.
* Experience with Citrix, so expertise operating and maintaining
* Citrix infrastructure (PVS, DDC, StoreFront servers, etc.) knowledge
is mandatory.
* Strong experience maintaining Microsoft Windows systems within DoD
environments is also a firm requirement.
* Experience managing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment
and/or preparing master Operating System images for deployment is expected.
* Candidate must possess developed communication skills in order to
effectively work with colleagues to drive innovation and communicate
capabilities to fellow team members, colleagues, management, and customer
leadership.

* Secondary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and
updating Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments as required.
Experience with VDI deployments, specifically Citrix Virtual Apps and
Desktops, is desirable. Candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing technical standards (SOP, TTP, implementation instructions,
other required documentation) and monitoring processes for information
systems. Candidate will collaborate and liaise with other teams within the
organization as well as VDI team members to identify, track, and report on
opportunities for system optimization, methods to drive efficiency, identify
and reduce error rates, and empirically document customer experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Demonstrate a strong background in managing Citrix solutions
* Follow technical guidance from fellow team members,
leadership, and customers about maintaining, operating, and evolving Citrix
environments and be able to independently action that guidance
* Maintain high service availability by liaising with many
stakeholders to identify risk and threats to the delivery of VDI services
* Rapidly identify and correct faults impacting service
delivery
* BA/BS + 3 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent
specialized or a major cert + 7 years recent specialized or 11 years of
recent specialized experience
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* A certification IAW DoD 8570.1 Technical Level II
* US Citizenship and Active Top Secret Clearance
* Motivated, self-starting individual
* Strong background / experience with Microsoft Windows
desktop Operating Systems
* Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
* Knowledge of DoD IA/Cybersecurity and IT regulations and
guidance
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Demonstrated background troubleshooting complex IT issues
* Citrix Certified Associate certification (CCA-V)

Desired:

* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
* Experience in the evaluation and integration of new
technologies into existing environments
* Demonstrated background troubleshooting complex IT issues

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
