Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience implementing, testing, and fielding automation AI and machine learning solutions, with technologies such as PyTorch, MXNet, TensorFlow, or Keras, and big data technologies, including Hive, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks
- 3+ years of experience deploying and integrating containerized sof tware applications using container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
- 3+ years of experience designing enterprise production sof tware solutions to meet client requirements
- Experience developing NLP, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation ( RAG ) enabled solutions using LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM model registries, and embedding models and vector databases
- Experience using Git for version control in a collaborative sof tware development environment
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a CS field and 5+ years of experience as a sof tware engineer building production-grade applications with a programming language such as Python, Rus t, Go, Scala, or Java, or 9+ years of experience as a sof tware engineer building production-grade applications with a programming language such as Python, Rus t, Go, Scala, or Java, in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working closely with sof tware development teams
- Experience with project, task, and team leadership
- Experience implementing event-driven or streaming architectures leveraging Kafka, Amazon SNS, Redpanda, or Apache Flink
- Experience running, troubleshooting, and debugging applications on Linux systems
- Experience building or maintaining production-grade RESTful APIs or sof tware interfaces
- Experience with sof tware architecture in the development of microservices
- Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing robust service-based sof tware applications for scalable use
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Master's degree
