Intelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an Intelligence Analyst, you use your spe cia lized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytical assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.
As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you'll help your client research, analyze, and assess intelligence products and current and emerging threats to US Forces' critical infrastructure, digital technologies, equipment, and intellectual properties. You will develop comprehensive threat intelligence analysis reports and products tailored for the client and its subordinate commands, with a particular emphasis on threats to personnel and facilities. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including federal, state, local, tribal, and open-source reporting systems. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments and provide daily reports with trend analysis to anticipate potential hostile threats to missions, correlate hostile threat trends, and evaluate tactics, techniques, or procedures to provide protection options. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
- Experience c ond ucting all-source research to identify capabilities, operations, and vulnerabilities of entities of interest and in producing analytical products
- Knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, including data analysis
- Ability to assimilate technical data and convey complex concepts via written, verbal, and visual means
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in the military at the service component or higher level
- Ability to rapidly assimilate AI or ML analytical sof tware tools
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and require little supervision
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
