About the role:
PMAT is seeking a Fleet Support Representative (FSR) to work on a dynamic, energized team on a leading-edge technology program with an exciting mission critical to national security objectives. Successful candidates in this position will demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem-solving, attention to detail, negotiating competing priorities, and excellent communication skills with our customers.

Clearance: Active TS SCI security clearance required
Location: Remote
Travel:
As required by customer requirements; approximately 30%
Work Environment:
PMAT offices as needed. Remote work is also acceptable, depending on location and access to a PMAT office. In some cases, visitation to government facilities will be required. Travel will be necessary for customer engagement, team coordination, and potentially for business development.

Required Skills:
- Experience with US Navy Information Technology (IT) mission systems
- Experience with classified networks such as SIPR, JWICS, and Link-16
- Experience in deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting multivendor equipment and systems
- Experience with Navy operations
Desired Skills:
- Navy watch floor experience
- Understanding of national and tactical ISR sensors
