Integration Manager IV

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integration Manager IV to join our team in Waldmohr, Germany. This is an onsite position.

The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) programThe ACAS Integration Manager IV assists the PM with mid- to longer-term Cleaning and Sanitization Request (CSR) event forecasts, including the integration of other Service components (e.g., USAFE, MARFOREUR, etc.) and leads the transformation and modernization efforts for the TO onboarding of new processes and technology across all task areas. As an expert in all aspects of agricultural cleaning and sanitization of equipment, they serve as primary liaison with organizations requiring cleaning and sanitization services to support planning and scheduling for both forecasted and emergent project requests.

*Important Note* : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their VisaOnce an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract . If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• They shall confer with USAREUR-AF to maintain an overall understanding of the operational environment, and serve as a cleaning/sanitization technical resource to the ACAS Leadership Team, providing expert opinion and support to the ACAS Coordination Cell (ACC) and USAREUR-AF Execution Cell (UEC) leaders and respective functional staff.
• They query and utilize the ACAS Knowledge Base (KB) to prepare for and execute assigned CSR missions, leveraging the latest shared RST best practices and experiences for all newly assigned CSR projects to improve Team and individual mission efficiency and mission concluding inspection quality results.
• They ensure post-mission RST experiences and best practices are promptly submitted to the Quality Manager IV/Quality Team for timely incorporation into the continuously improving and maturing ACAS KB.
• The ACAS Integration Manager IV directly supports the PM and compliments the activities of the Program Management Office Manager, Operations Site Lead, and UEC Operations Managers.
• When directed, the ACAS Integration Manager serves as Acting PM in the absence of the incumbent.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (High School and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
• 10+ years of experience managing projects or operations with multiple performance locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
• 5+ years of experience with production control/operational cell execution similar in scope and complexity to the requirements of this TO. Three years of experience managing, directing, or executing operational washdown, agricultural cleaning, or ASF sanitization operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience on DoD Logistics Management Systems (i.e. GCSS-A, PBUSE, etc.).

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance is required prior to starting this position

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
