Job Title: Bonus Payment Services Support
Location: Marietta, GA
Job Summary:
Mano Lani LLC has an opening for a Bonus Payment Services Support position to join our rapidly growing team in Marietta, GA. The role involves verifying the eligibility of service members for bonuses, processing payments, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. They use the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) to manage and track bonus transactions, resolve discrepancies, and respond to service members' inquiries. The support specialist prepares and submits regular status reports, monitors payment statuses, and assists with audits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:
* Conduct thorough research and utilize automated systems to process incentive actions
* Confirm eligibility and recommend payments for incentives.
* Manage the suspension, reinstatement, and termination of all incentives.
* Process initial contract requests, payment requests, and contract suspensions or terminations accurately and promptly.
* Access, navigate, and utilize the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) for all incentive transactions.
* Complete the Incentive Manager course (distance learning phase) online at GuardU.
* Complete the Comptrollers and Fiscal Law course online at JAGU.
* Maintain access to GIMS by completing the Incentive Manager course (resident phase) at NGPEC
* Confirm eligibility for bonus payments within 3 business days, ensuring 98% accuracy.
* Verify the completeness and accuracy of required documentation for bonus claims within 5 business days, maintaining 98% accuracy.
* Process bonus payments within 10 business days of eligibility confirmation, ensuring 98% on-time processing.
* Monitor and follow up on bonus payment status, providing updates within 3 business days of delays.
* Provide weekly and monthly status reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
* Maintain accurate and complete records of all bonus payment claims, processing actions, and payments issued.
* Resolve discrepancies in bonus payments within 5 business days, ensuring 98% resolution.
* Assist service members with inquiries regarding bonus payments within 3 business days.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including tax laws and ARNG guidelines.
* Track and report discrepancies related to bonus payments monthly.
* Implement corrective actions for errors in bonus payment processing within 5 business days.
* Review and update bonus payment procedures monthly to ensure compliance with ARNG policies.
* Provide recommendations for improving the bonus payment process semi-annually.
* Process retroactive bonus payments within 15 business days of eligibility determination.
* Monitor and report on trends in bonus payments monthly.
* Conduct quarterly reviews of the bonus payment process and submit findings to the COR.
* Manage audits of bonus payment processing, fulfilling requests within 10 business days.
* Ensure data integrity in the bonus payment processing system.
* Provide quarterly training to ARNG personnel on bonus payment processing
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's level degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Business Administration required or equivalent experience
* 3 years of professional experience in management, recruitment background

* Strong attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist service members in a customer service friendly environment
* Ability to stay organized and on time with minimal management, managing complex transactions with a positive, customer service-oriented demeanor

* Completion of the Comptrollers and Fiscal Law course online through https://jagu.army.mil.
* Completion of the Incentive Manager course (resident phase) at NGPEC within the first year of employment.
* Experience in processing incentive or bonus payments, or a related field, is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderately to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
