You will be the Field Service Representative for the PAC-3 team. Our team is responsible for providing top-notch support to US and FMS customers in international locations, ensuring the optimal performance of the PAC-3/PATRIOT system.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support, fault isolation, and repair services for the PAC-3/PATRIOT system, leveraging your expertise in electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems, and operational experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the PAC-3/PATRIOT system
• Conducting fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems
• Maintaining a positive, professional work attitude and building strong relationships with customers
• Deploying to international locations, including potential war zones, for 1-4 years at a time
• Obtaining and maintaining a Secret Clearance and passport

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
An Interim clearance is required to start. Additionally, candidate must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.

The FSR must possess a detailed understanding of the PAC-3 / PATRIOT system to include fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic / mechanical systems, and operational experience for each crew position

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer

Candidate must be able to deploy to war zone locations if FSR's unit is deployed

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with PAC3 systems or similar complex defense systems

Experience with database management software (e.g., Excel, Access, Oracle)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
