Responsibilities

Job Description:

Iron EagleX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our growing team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified professionals for government contracts across the United States and overseas. As part of an employee-focused organization, the Technical Recruiter will build and maintain strong relationships with potential employees throughout their tenure. This role requires in-office work three days a week at our Tampa, FL headquarters after the initial training period.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various positions.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events to identify top talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and create requisitions that align with contract needs.
• Negotiate salaries and compensation packages within contract budget and limitations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to determine security clearance eligibility and status.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and other applicable hiring regulations.
• Travel as needed to attend job fairs, contract kickoffs, conferences, and other recruitment-related events.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Knowledge of government contracting and Department of Defense hiring processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in executive interaction and negotiation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
