Job Description
This position is for a Product Stream Manager (PSM) for the THAAD production value stream in the Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line, responsible for production execution of over $100M annual revenue. The THAAD production environment in South Nashua, NH will be undergoing a significant transformational change this year as the team achieves a historic production rate of 10 Seekers per month. This high visibility position will be responsible for production execution of the THAAD program in NH, as well as leading the transformational change in the factory required for program success.
The PSM will be responsible for direct management of technical and touch labor workforce, as well as leadership of factory facing functions. The leader is expected to demonstrate total ownership of the program, and to be a strategic influencer within the PGSS PL and PS BA community. The position will direct report to the PGSS Product Line Operations Director, with a direct line of communication to the Product Line.
This role will require significant strategic thinking and leadership as the production execution model transforms to meet the needs of the program. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate creativity in the application of lean manufacturing concepts to a high technology, complex production environment. This leader will also need to strategically partner with our THAAD development program to plan for long term capital and facility investment, and strategically influence future designs for process capability to maximize production efficiency.
This is a high visibility position and will require strategic planning and flawless execution. The position will also bring opportunities to interact and strategically plan with Endicott, NY, where our CCA's are manufactured, to ensure full value stream alignment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
bachelor's degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Precision guidance, Space or missile technology, leading large complex production environments, leading through both direct management and influence, application of scientific process improvement activities (six sigma, lean manufacturing, AS9145), HPU and DPU reductions, strategic planning, capital investment, touch labor resource planning, flawless execution of production growth, leadership of technical team.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
