Our North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Administrator (Remote Support) to support ITA's enterprise IT infrastructure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1, 2, and limited tier 3 hardware and software support for all international and domestic field sites
- Travel to international and domestic sites, as needed
- Setup of new PC, server and network equipment
- Facilitate vendor work on computer, server and network at sites
- Decommission older PC, server and network equipment
- Package and ship PC, server, and network equipment to international and domestic sites
- Monitor and track computer assets for international and domestic sites
- Provide end-user training when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Industry-related experience as a Systems Administrator
- Experience administering Microsoft Windows machines
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a setting where majority of team is located at another site
- Ability to travel when needed
- Must have valid passport
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
