Main Sail currently has an opportunity open to support the sustainment of Navy ERP for the Naval Supply Systems Command’s (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. Main Sail will support NAVSUP BSCs with Program Management, Business Process Integration and Management, Functional, Site Transition, Data Management, End User and Knowledge Transfer support for the ongoing sustainment of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for end users and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Works with the Program Team to perform thorough project analysis showing knowledge and understanding of the program and suggests/creates/implements work around to enhance cost and schedule performance.
• Support Navy ERP program metrics and controls
• Coordinate actions and support to other Navy ERP organizations, independent cost analysis, and auditing activities
• Develop and present briefs and white papers for government senior leadership (DON and DoD) to facilitate communication and drive decision-making.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge, experience in program management support, implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning and control practices.
• Must have expert knowledge of project management methodology and tools (Microsoft Project) as demonstrated by PMP or similar certification and/or 5 years of specialized experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or as a substitute for the Bachelor's degree, an Associate Degree with 2 years of additional experience or a High School diploma with 5 years of additional experience may be utilized.
Location: Onsite/Local Only - NAVSUP Mechanicsburg, PA
Period: March 2025 - March 2026, with four additional contract option years
