Maximus is looking for a Program Director to join its Technology Consulting Services (TCS) Federal Health Team. As a Program Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects that enhance the services provided to citizens and veterans.
What You Will Do:
• Lead day-to-day task management for multiple cross-functional teams, maintain responsibility for the quality control and configuration management of all work performed, ensure all deliverables meet requirements of the contract and are delivered on time, elevate risks early, and communicate the status of the program to stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate health IT products and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage and report the status of all project management and technical activities, and work with personnel ranging from senior leadership (GO/FO/SES) to highly specialized engineers.
• Participate and lead client engagements, including strategic analysis, planning, execution of solutions, and interface directly with the client in the execution of duties, as necessary.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in program management.
• US Citizen - NO dual citizenship authorized
• Master's in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Must be located within a commutable distance and ability to be on-site, as needed, to the following locations: Washington, DC; Atlanta GA; Denver, CO; Austin, TX
• Demonstrated experience in managing entire agile software development lifecycle for a program of at least ten million dollars up to and including production delivery and some phase of post-delivery/warranty support for a federal health agency (i.e. VA, HHS, CMS).
• Prior experience managing a program accountable for delivery of at least 10 software products in the federal health sector (i.e. VA, HHS, CMS).
• Demonstrated success with delivering digital products.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of agile methodologies (preferably SAFe).
• Proficiency in project management tools, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
